Fantasy Raffle Contest – Terms and Conditions

1. Contest Overview

1.1 BetBuddy AI, LLC conducts weekly raffle contests (“the Contest”) on behalf of the registered 501c(3) non-profit organization (“the Organization”) to support the Organization’s mission to educate K-12 students on AI tools.   BetBuddy AI will collect all the Contest entry fees and then submit the proceeds from each contest directly to the Organization.

1.2 These Terms and Conditions govern all aspects of the Contest and constitute a binding agreement between participants and BetBuddy AI, LLC.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Participants must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
• Not be an employee, board member, or immediate family member of an employee or board member of BetBuddy AI or the Organization.
• Have a valid email address and contact information.

2.2 Participants from jurisdictions where such raffles are prohibited are not eligible.

3. Entry Process

3.1 Contest raffle entries can only be purchased via BetBuddy AI’s website which is https://betbuddyai.com/fantasy-raffle-contest

3.2 Each participant may purchase multiple raffle entries for each Contest. BetBuddy AI will offer two raffles each week on a regular basis.

3.3 Entries must be received during the specified entry period, which will be clearly communicated for each weekly contest as outlined in the Fantasy Raffle Rules.

3.4 All raffle entry fees are non-refundable and are deemed as 100% donations.

4. Prize Details

4.1 Prizes will vary with each contest and will be:

• Described in full on the Fantasy Raffle Rules page.
• Non-transferable and non-exchangeable
• Not redeemable for cash

4.2 BetBuddy AI reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value.

4.3 Winners will be responsible for any taxes or additional costs associated with prize acceptance.

5. Winner Selection

5.1 Winners will be selected through a randomized, transparent drawing process.

5.2 The drawing will be conducted by a random selection method to ensure every entry has an opportunity to win the raffle draw.

5.3 Winners will be notified:

• Via email within 48 hours of the drawing.
• Through the contact method provided during entry.

5.4 Winners must respond and claim their prize within 7 days of notification, or the prize will be forfeited.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

6.1 By entering the Contest, participants consent to:

• The collection of personal information for contest purposes
• Potential publication of their name as a winner
• Receiving future communications from BetBuddy AI

6.2 BetBuddy AI and The Organization adheres to all applicable data protection regulations.

6.3 Participant data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.

7. Limitations of Liability

7.1 BetBuddy AI is not responsible for:

• Technical failures preventing contest entry
• Lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries
• Any damages arising from participation or prize acceptance

7.2 BetBuddy AI reserves the right to:

• Modify or cancel the contest at any time
• Disqualify entries that do not comply with these terms
• Disqualify entries that provide false information or invalid contact details
• Investigate and take legal action against fraudulent entries

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All contest-related content created by BetBuddy AI remains its exclusive intellectual property.

8.2 Participants grant BetBuddy AI a non-exclusive license to use their entry for promotional purposes.

9. Dispute Resolution

9.1 Any disputes arising from the Contest shall be resolved through arbitration in Nevada, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

9.2 These Terms shall be governed by the laws in the State of Nevada, USA.

10. Modifications to Terms

10.1 BetBuddy AI reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

10.2 Continued participation in the Contest constitutes acceptance of any modified terms and rules as outlined in the Fantasy Raffle Rules.
